You want to feel confident about parenting your baby over night

Most parents we talk to are

  • conflicted about sleep training

  • don't know how they'll be able to get sleep if they do

  • worried about giving baby bad sleep habits

We hear you. That's why we've put together this comprehensive class to bust the top myths around night time and sleep

Surviving the Night with your Newborn

What can you actually expect about newborn sleep

Learn what's normal and healthy for your new baby, and how to set up their sleep space for success.

The truth about sleeping through the night

What does "sleeping through the night" actually mean and why it might not be best for your newborn.

Understand your baby's natural rhythms

Going with your baby and their rhythms makes parenting so much easier. Learn how to support them and feel confident in reading what they need.

This is NOT about sleep training

Here at YDD we do not promote cry it out or forced separation methods of sleep training. Our approach is based on current knowledge of infant development and parent-child relationships so you can feel good about how your family is getting sleep.

About your facilitators

Dr. EeVon Ling is a naturopathic doctor, infant sleep educator, doula and mom to 2 girls -- one of whom was a terrible sleeper. She understands the stress that parents go through to have a "good sleeper" and yet recognizes that most sleep advice goes against natural parenting instincts and the normal development of babies. Her goal is to help parents find sleep solutions that nurture their parenting skills and bond with their baby.
