This is for you if...

You want to feel confident about parenting your baby over night

Most parents we talk to are

  • conflicted about sleep training

  • want to breastfeed but don't know how they'll be able to get sleep if they do

  • worried about giving their baby bad sleep habits

We hear you. That's why we've put together this comprehensive webinar to bust the top myths around night time feeding and sleep

Surviving the Night with your Newborn

Breastfeed and get sleep

Learn how to make sure your baby is getting enough while also ensuring you get the sleep you need.

Learn what won't help your baby sleep longer

You don't take car seat advice from your grandmother, so why are you taking sleep advice from her? Get the truth about newborn sleep from the experts.

Understand your baby's natural rhythms

Going with your baby and their rhythms makes parenting so much easier. Learn how to support them and feel confident in reading what they need.

This is NOT about sleep training

Here at YDD we do not believe in sleep training. This is about everyone getting sleep without sleep training.

About your facilitators

Dr. Sarah Winward is a naturopathic doctor, lactation consultant, doula and mom to a "terrible sleeper". She has helped hundreds of families reach their breastfeeding goals and she understands just how important adequate rest is to wellness. She is a big fan of simple solutions to optimize sleep while still meeting babies (and toddlers!) needs over night and she practices what she preaches at home with her own toddler.

Dr. EeVon Ling is a naturopathic doctor, infant sleep educator, doula and mom to 2 girls -- one of whom was a terrible sleeper. She understands the stress that parents go through to have a "good sleeper" and yet recognizes that most sleep advice goes against natural parenting instincts and the normal development of babies. Her goal is to help parents find sleep solutions that nurture their parenting skills and bond with their baby.
