Alex James is a postpartum doula, holistic nutritionist, and toddler mama. Her practice is inspired by traditional postpartum care around the world, where birthing parents are surrounded with loving support, nourishing food, and nurturing touch. She believes it's possible for all new parents to have an amazing postpartum experience, where they are honoured, celebrated, rested, and well fed.
Dr. Alisa Murli, ND is a naturopathic doctor, birth doula and pelvic floor therapist. She focuses on helping women feel their best, at all stages of life. Birth and pregnancy is the perfect avenue for her to provide care using her skill set. Her goal is to empower women to take control of their health and reach their goals.
Dr. Arlene is a naturopathic doctor and birth doula practicing in Mississauga and Toronto. Her practice revolves around hormonal health, fertility support, pre/post natal care and pregnancy. Her passion comes from having PCOS and being dedicated to learn about hormonal balance and help teach others understand their bodies. This translates to the natural process of pregnancy, to provide individuals with a comforting and compassionate perspective on all the changes the body undergoes during pregnancy and postpartum. She loves teaching others so that they can feel empowered as they continue on their health journey and into life.
